This policy together with our end-user licence agreement as set out at www.propierge.com ("EULA") and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA, (together "our Terms of Use") applies to your use of the website www.propierge.com, the Propierge platform that will be hosted on at Microsoft Azure ("Platform") and any of the services accessible through the Platform ("Services").
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
For the purpose of applicable data protection law, we are the data controller in relation to any personal data that you provide to us via the Platform. In relation to any personal data that you provide to us via the Platform in connection with the Services, we are merely the data processor. The data controller of any such information will be the property manager who has subscribed for the Service and authorised your use of the Platform in relation to that subscription.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
Technical information, including the type of Device you use, a unique Device identifier (for example, your Device's IMEI number, the MAC address of the Device's wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the Device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use and time zone setting, ("Device Information");
Details of your use of or visits to the Platform including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access ("Log Information").
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Location information. We may also use GPS technology or other technology to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled Services require your personal data for the feature to work. If you do not wish to use this particular feature then you may turn off this functionality using your Device or by altering the settings on your Platform, however this will limit the functionality of the Platform which is available to you.
Information we receive from other sources (Third Party Information). We are working closely with third parties (including, for example, users of the Platform who provide services to other users, such as property managers, property owners, tenants or guests, or vice versa, our sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.
Unique application numbers: when you install or uninstall a Service containing a unique application number or when such a Service searches for automatic updates, that number and information about your installation, for example, the type of operating system, may be sent to us.
We use cookies to distinguish you from other users of the Platform or Appstore. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you use the Platform or browse any of the sites and also allows us to improve the Platform.

In accordance with applicable data protection law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data at any time and at no cost by contacting us at the details stated at the start of this Policy.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems). We may charge a small administration fee (not exceeding the maximum permitted by law in England) in relation to fulfilling a request for access to Personal Information.
You may review, update, correct or delete the personal information you provide to us in the course of the use of the Service via Platform or by contacting us. If you completely delete any or all such information then your account may become deactivated or certain functionality may be reduced. If you would like us to delete your account in our system, please contact us with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honour your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law.
